The new TM canopies have an added Fixing Band which does not affect the fit of the canopy. The Fixing Band helps keep the canopy more stable in low winds as well as providing additional support. However, please keep in mind the canopy should always be closed, secured to the pole, and covered either when the umbrella is not in use or in high winds/inclement weather.
