The Base Cone (Cone Stand) screws into the base, then at the top of the cone stand you insert the Reducer Socket with the long tabs up, then slide the union nut onto the umbrerlla frame, inset the umbrella back into the cone stand, screw the union nut 3 full turns, your done. This part is available in Grey, Bronze, or Black.

White parts have been discontinued and the White Base Cone is no longer available!
